License Types
These licenses are non-transferable. Mark Visser, or contributing photographers, remain the only rightful copyholders. Do not sell, sublicense or otherwise transfer the image or the right to use the image to anyone else.

Non-Exclusive License
Non-Exclusive License (NEL) images may be used, by the purchaser only, in multiple projects for an unlimited amount of time. As the name implies a NEL image may be purchased and used by more than one interested party.
Our images may not be used for "print on demand" items such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, mugs, or on any similar mass produced item without written permission.

Exclusive Licence
Exclusive License (EL) usage rights may be obtained for an additional fee, to prevent the image from being licensed to other parties. EL availability is listed on all image information pages. The EL fee will depend on the exclusivity requested. Our quote will be based on the medium being used and geographical areas requested (local, provincial, across Canada). The broader the exclusivity requested the higher the fee will be.
