Tips
* Place your gazebo at the far end of your property. It creates the illusion that there is more space, that the yard continues.
* Vinyl gazebos should be cleaned with soap and water from time to time to prevent discolouration caused by pollution. |

Vinyl gazebos.
A gazebo is a pavilion structure, often octagonal, commonly found in parks, gardens, and spacious public areas. Gazebos are freestanding, or attached to a garden wall, roofed, and open on all sides; they provide shade, basic shelter, ornamental features in a landscape, and a place to rest. Throughout history, gazebos have been built using almost any construction material.
Vinyl gazebos may be made of a solid vinyl composite material, or may be constructed of pressure-treated pine with a durable vinyl coating. Manufacturers of vinyl (PVC) coated wood gazebos claim that their gazebos will last a life time. I don't know if those claims are true but it is a fact that vinyl gazebos are virtually maintenance free. Vinyl gazebos are often equipped with screens on all sides due to growing concerns about the mosquito-carried West Nile virus. Vinyl gazebo kits are very popular, easy to assemble and made to last.
A well built gazebo will add to the total property value.
