Tower legs: There are twelfe 1.20 m. diameter support columns

Maintenance: A final climbing structure is fixed to the bowl to enable ascent to the maintenance access hatch located approx. 3/4 of the way up to the bowl and also to the 0.60 m. diameter vent/manhole cover at the top of the bowl. from the maintenance hatch at the top of the bowl workers can descent to the base of the bowl to complete inspections. There is also an observation deck half way down the bowl with an 8' diameter.
